Retail Policies
To ensure that you have the best possible shopping experience with Sunshine Joy Distributing, please review the following policies carefully. They outline both your rights and obligations as the purchaser, as well as important limitations of service. By placing an order with Sunshine Joy, you thereby agree that the following policies apply to your order; be sure you understand them before ordering.

Sales Policies

Sunshine Joy Distributing accepts retail payment from the following credit or debit cards (VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express) and PayPal. Checks and money orders will not be accepted for purchases.

Because of the postal regulations that govern the shipping of pressurized materials, Sunshine Joy Distributing will not sell Fabric Spray Paint (Simply Spray) to international or overseas customers (including Alaska and Hawaii, APO and FPO, and any U.S. territories and outlying areas).
Shipping Policies

Orders will be sent by UPS or USPS.

Most in stock orders will be eligible for same day shipping.

Tie dyes can take approximately 2-3 weeks to be shipped because the product is handmade to order.

Fabric Spray Paint (all Simply Spray products) can take up to 2 weeks to ship by Parcel Post; UPS Ground will take between 1 and 7 days. International or overseas shipping (including Alaska and Hawaii, APO and FPO, and any U.S. territories and outlying areas) is not available for Fabric Spray Paint because of the postal regulations on pressurized materials.
Return Policies

Merchandise that is defective, or was damaged during delivery, must be reported within 10days.

All returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of the date you receive them. After 30 days, a 20% restocking fee will apply.

If a return or exchange needs to be made, please contact Sunshine Joy Distributing at 1-877-769-8800 and we will issue a Return Material Authorization (RMA). Include a copy of your order confirmation and include the RMA on the outside of the package. Returned merchandise will not be accepted without this number.

Your returned item will be replaced or Sunshine Joy Distributing will refund the price of the product to the original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.).

You are responsible for the shipping costs both ways; shipping costs for returns or exchanges are non-refundable.

When sending your return, you are also responsible for ensuring that the merchandise arrives undamaged. Purchasing insurance is recommended.

Free items included with your order are yours to keep even if the rest of the order is returned.
