Sunshine Joy Return Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy, we make returns simple and transparent for both retail and wholesale customers.
Retail Return Policy
No Hidden Fees
We do not charge restocking fees on retail returns.
Return Window
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the original order date. Eligible returns will be refunded to the original payment method.
Product Condition
Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. We cannot accept returns for items that have been worn, washed, used, altered, or damaged by the customer.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was received in error or arrived damaged.
Wholesale Return Policy
Restocking Fees
A 20% restocking fee applies to all approved wholesale returns.
Return Window
Wholesale returns must be requested within 30 days of the original order date.
- Returns received within 30 days: eligible for refund to original payment method.
- Returns received after 30 days: may be issued as store credit only, subject to approval.
Product Condition
Returned merchandise must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging intact. Items that are worn, labeled, used, altered, or damaged by the customer will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Wholesale customers are responsible for return shipping. Please include a copy of your order confirmation and order number with your return.

If you would like to request an exchange, include a note with your preferred items and sizes.
Refund Processing
Once we receive your return, please allow 3–5 business days for inspection and processing. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (if eligible), and you’ll receive a confirmation once completed.
